Jitjatjo is looking for energetic team members who are passionate about customer service.
Customer Service associates and representatives deliver an enjoyable customer experience at check out or throughout the buying process. Successful Talent are helpful, courteous, and demonstrate a strong service ethic while managing payment transactions, resolving issues, and satisfy customer requests.
Greet customers, handle complaints, process orders, and high-volume customer service.
Responsibilities
Maintain a positive, friendly, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
Communicate clearly with customers and coordinate with colleagues as necessary.
Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints.
Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Requirements
Previous experience in customer service, retail, or hosting/serving in hospitality.
Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
Ability to effectively communicate and present information to customers and colleagues.
Basic math functions such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
Comfortable using computers, POS systems, registers, tablets, etc.
Self-starter, able to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
Physical ability to stand for long periods of time.
