Responsibilities
- Greets and welcomes customers while on the selling floor.
- Visually monitor customer traffic entering and exiting the store.
- Maintain a positive, friendly, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
- Deter theft via visual observation.
- Communicate suspicious activity to Asset Protection/Security.
- Maintain a safe business environment.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Attention to detail and customer service ethic.
- Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
- Ability to effectively communicate and present information to customers and colleagues.
- Self-starter, able to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
- Physical ability to stand for long periods of time.
