Responsibilities
- Maintain a positive, friendly, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
- Communicate clearly with customers and coordinate with colleagues as necessary.
- Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints.
- Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or hosting/serving in hospitality.
- Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
- Ability to effectively communicate and present information to customers and colleagues.
- Basic math functions such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
- Comfortable using computers, POS systems, registers, tablets, etc.
- Self-starter, able to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
- Physical ability to stand for long periods of time.
