Daily Kitchen Maintenance: Clean kitchen floors, countertops, appliances, and all common kitchen spaces (e.g., dishwashing areas, prep stations).

Stocking & Inventory: Restock food service areas, kitchen supplies, cleaning materials, and consumables (e.g., soap, napkins, paper towels, etc.).

Waste Management: Collect, sort, and dispose of waste in compliance with health and safety regulations.

Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure kitchen areas are compliant with food safety standards, including sanitization of surfaces and equipment.

Emergency Response: Address spills, accidents, or cleanliness emergencies in the kitchen and dining spaces promptly.

Event Prep & Clean-Up: Assist in preparing kitchens for catering or food-related events and clean up post-event.

Facility Maintenance Support: Assist with minor maintenance tasks in the kitchen, such as checking equipment functionality and ensuring supplies are in working order.

Previous experience in a similar role

Willingness to work in large venues (stadium, concession, convention center, or similar)

Great communication and team-work skills

Ability to multitask and remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment

Must understand and execute food safety and sanitation protocols

Physical ability to regularly lift/carry heavy equipment and stand for long periods of time
