Jitjatjo is looking for energetic team members who are passionate about customer service.

Coat Check attendants provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire event or dining experience and assist with customers with the storage of their personal belongings. Successful Talent present themselves in a professional manner and can quickly organize stored items with accuracy.

Managing guests' personal belongings, ensuring a smooth and secure check-in/check-out process at events or dining venues. Attention to detail, excellent customer service, and the ability to maintain a friendly, welcoming attitude while handling guests' coats, bags, and other personal items in a busy, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Guest Greeting: Greet guests warmly upon arrival, offering assistance with coats, bags, or other personal items, creating a welcoming first impression.

  • Item Check-In: Receive and carefully hang guests’ coats, jackets, bags, and other personal items in designated coat check areas, ensuring each item is securely stored.

  • Item Tagging: Accurately tag each item with a unique identifier for easy retrieval upon guest departure.

  • Customer Service: Provide excellent service by maintaining a friendly, approachable demeanor, answering any questions, and handling guests' requests efficiently.

  • Item Retrieval: Return guests' items promptly and accurately, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.

  • Maintain Cleanliness & Order: Keep the coat check area neat, organized, and secure, ensuring a clean and professional environment for both guests and staff.

  • Security Awareness: Maintain vigilance to ensure the security of guests’ items, following proper procedures for handling valuable or delicate items.

  • Time Management: Work efficiently, especially during high-traffic moments, ensuring that guests do not experience unnecessary wait times when checking in or retrieving their items.

  • Maintain Positive Energy: Stay upbeat and energetic, contributing to a positive atmosphere and helping ensure guests feel comfortable and well-cared-for.

Requirements

  • Previous Coat Check Experience

  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Upbeat and friendly personality.

  • Sincere desire to help others and provide outstanding service.

  • Excellent organizational skills

  • Comfortable working alone in this position
