Coat Check attendants provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire event or dining experience and assist with customers with the storage of their personal belongings. Successful Talent present themselves in a professional manner and can quickly organize stored items with accuracy.

Basic experience in managing a cloakroom and customer service.

Responsibilities

Greet guests upon arrival to the event or dining venue.
Carefully hang and store guests' personal belongings in specified areas.
Accurately tag each item for easy customer return.
Maintain a friendly and high-energy attitude that showcases trust.

Requirements

Good communication skills.
Upbeat and friendly personality.
Sincere desire to help others and provide outstanding service.
An eye for quality and a hand for accuracy and speed.
Basic math skills.
