Check-in Lead
A key support role at the beginning and end of an event, responsible for welcoming talent, providing instructions, and ensuring that the check-in and check-out process is smooth and efficient. This role also includes the flexibility to take on other responsibilities during the event, making it ideal for a trusted individual with an eye for detail and the ability to work under pressure. * Talent Check-in: Greet talent upon arrival, provide them with instructions, and clock them in for their shifts.
* Client Liaison: Act as the liaison between the talent and Jitjatjo, ensuring that the talent understands their assignments and the event’s requirements.
* Talent Activation: Activate or dismiss backup talent as needed, ensuring adequate coverage for all event roles.
* Shifting Support: Work in an assigned role during the event, helping out as necessary to ensure the event runs smoothly.
* Shift Coordination: Clock-out talent at the end of their shift, ensuring that all hours worked are accurately recorded.
* Team Support: Assist the Talent On-Site Supervisor in managing any other event-related responsibilities, including directing talent to proper locations, handling last-minute requests, or providing general assistance where needed.
* Event Troubleshooting: Be available to assist with resolving any issues that arise with talent or event operations, providing support to ensure smooth workflow.
