Customer Fulfillment associates are responsible for ensuring that customer's orders are fulfilled in a timely manner. Successful Talent demonstrate a strong attention to detail, are highly organized, and customer service orientated.

Responsible for efficiently picking, packing, and preparing products for delivery or pickup. This role is ideal for retail environments, online order fulfillment, or grocery store delivery services. The role emphasizes accuracy, speed, and customer satisfaction while ensuring that products are properly handled and delivered to customers in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

  • * Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick and pack merchandise based on purchase orders, online orders, or customer requests. Ensure the correct products are selected and appropriately packaged for delivery or pickup.

  • * Product Inspection: Check products for any damages, defects, or discrepancies before packing and ensure they match the specifications in the order.

  • * Customer Communication: Effectively communicate with customers regarding the status of their orders, any changes, or delays, and assist with delivery/pickup coordination.

  • * Delivery/Pickup Support: Safely transport packed orders to designated pickup areas, or assist with curbside delivery for customers.

  • * Inventory Management: Help monitor stock levels and alert management if any items are running low or if there are any inventory discrepancies.

  • * Safety Protocols: Follow safety guidelines when handling products, especially with heavy or fragile items, and ensure a clean and hazard-free workspace.

  • * Team Collaboration: Work with other team members to ensure efficient order fulfillment, meet customer demands, and assist with restocking or organizing shelves when needed.

  • * Packaging & Labeling: Properly label packages, ensuring the correct address and customer details are included. Use appropriate packaging materials to avoid damage during transport.

  • * Customer Service: Provide excellent service by ensuring that orders are fulfilled correctly, and address customer inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.

  • * Physical Techniques: Utilize proper lifting and handling techniques when moving products to prevent injury and ensure efficiency.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service or merchandising role.

  • Team player with a collaborative spirit and positive mindset.

  • Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks with strong attention to detail.

  • Physical ability to regularly lift heavy items and stand for long periods of time.

  • Excellent verbal communication and organization skills.

  • Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.

  • Ability to effectively communicate and present information to customers and colleagues.

  • Basic math functions such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.

  • Self-starter, able to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
