Customer Service associates and representatives deliver an enjoyable customer experience at check out or throughout the buying process. Successful Talent are helpful, courteous, and demonstrate a strong service ethic while managing payment transactions, resolving issues, and satisfy customer requests.
Primary point of contact for guests and customers, offering exceptional hospitality while assisting with inquiries, problem-solving, and ensuring overall satisfaction. They provide personalized attention, act as the face of the business or event, and help guests navigate the space with ease. Their role involves actively engaging with guests to answer questions, provide directions, resolve concerns, and ensure that every guest’s experience is as smooth and enjoyable as possible.
Responsibilities
* Guest Interaction: Engage with guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner, creating a welcoming atmosphere from the moment they arrive.
* Problem Solving: Actively listen to customer concerns or inquiries and provide effective solutions, whether independently or by engaging with other team members or management.
* Guest Assistance: Direct guests to locations, provide product/service information, and guide them through any processes they may need help with.
* Communication: Keep an open line of communication with colleagues and management to ensure seamless service and quick resolution of any issues.
* Event Coordination: Work alongside event staff to help guide guests during high-traffic times, ensuring that they understand schedules, venues, or any special requirements.
* Customer Satisfaction: Continuously monitor and respond to guest needs, ensuring they have a positive experience throughout their visit.
* Conflict Resolution: Calmly and professionally handle guest complaints, offering resolutions and escalating matters as needed.
* Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from customers to help improve service delivery and customer experience.
Requirements
Previous experience in customer service or merchandising role.
Team player with a collaborative spirit and positive mindset.
Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks with strong attention to detail.
Physical ability to regularly lift heavy items and stand for long periods of time. - Excellent verbal communication and organization skills.
Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
Ability to effectively communicate and present information to customers and colleagues.
Basic math and cashier functions
Self-starter, able to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
