Counter Staff - Concessions
Responsibilities
- Deliver friendly, fast, and helpful customer service at the counter.
- Maintain clean and tidy counter areas.
- Manage time efficiently on shift by following checklists and prompts from previous shifts.
- Constantly organize, and maintain front-of-house / customer areas.
Requirements
- Willingness to work in large venues (stadium, concession, convention center, or similar)
- Strong time management skills with the ability to multi-task, prioritize and stay organized.
- Ability to meet physical demands of the position, including; walking, standing, and lifting potentially heavy items while interacting with customers.
- Demonstrate outgoing and friendly behavior, a positive attitude, and the ability to interact with customers.
- Great communication skills and the ability to take direction in a team environment.
