Counter Staff - Concessions
Jitjatjo is looking for energetic team members who are passionate about customer service.
Counter Staff manage all transactions and product service with customers quickly and accurately. These positions are often taking place in large venues such as stadiums, convention centers, and festivals. Successful Talent maintain a professional and friendly attitude while interacting with customers to properly manage payment transactions, issues, and requests.
Prepare food orders at counter and basic order preparation.
Responsibilities
Deliver friendly, fast, and helpful customer service at the counter.
Maintain clean and tidy counter areas.
Manage time efficiently on shift by following checklists and prompts from previous shifts.
Constantly organize, and maintain front-of-house / customer areas.
Requirements
Willingness to work in large venues (stadium, concession, convention center, or similar)
Strong time management skills with the ability to multi-task, prioritize and stay organized.
Ability to meet physical demands of the position, including; walking, standing, and lifting potentially heavy items while interacting with customers.
Demonstrate outgoing and friendly behavior, a positive attitude, and the ability to interact with customers.
Great communication skills and the ability to take direction in a team environment.
