Talent On-Site Supervisor

An organized multi-tasker that manages & directs an on-site team.
Responsibilities
Clock Talent In/Out to record their hours for the event
Liaison between Client Management onsite & Jitjatjo Talent by assisting talent in directions to venue & to proper venue location
Defuse and manage onsite issues with talent
Ensure talent are completing tasks they are assigned
Produce daily reports per event that will be shared with Client Management onsite & Jitjatjo Community Management
Assist in areas of the venue to ensure smooth flow of service (I.E. May help ring up guest if line is long)
Requirements
Ability to stand for 8+ hours
Upholds a good self-image and can command the respect of Talent
Must be flexible and able to adjust to meet the changing needs of the venue
Ability to make responsible, impromptu decisions in accordance with the steps of service of Client
Professional, articulate, friendly, and punctual
