Grill Cooks are passionate about food and are experts at cooking a variety of foods on the grill. Successful Talent multitask, operate with minimal supervision, and carefully follow directions for food service.

Experienced in high-volume grill, fry, and prep stations with basic knife skills.

Pay rate:

$20.00/hr

Responsibilities

Carefully follow standard recipes while preparing assigned items for food service
Prepare, chop, slice, and cut all ingredient portions prior to cooking
Grill all ingredients and dishes as specified in the menu and according to proper temperatures
Plate and garnish cooked items before guest service
Clean and maintain assigned work station areas
Follow safe and sanitary food handling practices according to local health and state laws
Ensure that guest meals come out quickly, simultaneously, and consistently
Maintain a positive and professional environment with coworkers and customers

Requirements

Experienced in preparing and grilling food
Like working in fast-paced environments
Physical stamina - able to spend entire shift on your feet
Attention to cleanliness and safety
