Concession Runners support the kitchens and serving staff by quickly transporting various food and beverage orders to customers. Successful Talent ensure daily operations run smoothly and guests have a pleasant experience.

Deliver high-volume tray, food, and beverage orders to customers.

Responsibilities

Be prepared to perform a range of tasks including: serving orders, explaining meals, and facilitating collaboration between kitchen and wait staff.
Deliver food, beverages, condiments, and utensils to customers in a timely manner.
Assist guests by explaining meals, drinks, and accompaniments.
Help bus/clear items to mainting cleanliness.
Be alert and observant as guests enjoy their dining experience to anticipate their needs.
Maintain health and safety regulations at all kitchen and dining areas.

Requirements

Work experience as a Busser, Food Runner or similar role in a restaurant, catering venue, or stadium.
Willingness to work in large venues (stadium, concession, convention center, or similar).
Excellent communication and people skills.
Superb multitasking skills and efficency.
Understanding of hygiene and food safety rules.
Physical ability and stamina to carry heavy trays and stand for long hours.
Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
