Jitjatjo is looking for organized and energetic team members who have high-standards for work areas and appearance.
General Utility workers are responsible for the appearance and organization of designated areas, including the cleanliness of dishes, serveware, equipment, etc. Successful Talent demonstrate a can-do attitude, can take direction well and are willing to learn new tasks.
Lightweight set-up/breakdown, basic sanitation/trash disposal and cleaning.
Responsibilities
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen or work area.
Perform pre- and post-event setup/breakdown.
Assist with various tasks and cleaning duties as needed.
Remove trash and garbage from designated areas.
Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and kitchen work areas.
Maintain stock of equipment and cleaning supplies.
Requirements
Previous work experience in a similar back-of-house role.
Understanding of basic sanitation procedures.
Ability to follow instructions and help with various tasks, as needed.
Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
Physical ability to regularly lift/carry heavy equipment and stand for long periods of time.
Must maintain a positive attitude and high standard for cleaning or appearance.
