Busser
Responsibilities
- Prepare dining areas before and after guests are seated.
- Set tables with appropriate decor, utensils, condiments, etc.
- Welcome guests with water and table snacks.
- Following venue guidelines, remove and replenish used tableware as needed.
- Be alert and observant as guests enjoy their dining experience to anticipate their needs.
- Maintain health and safety regulations at all kitchen and dining areas.
Requirements
- Work experience as a Busser, Food Runner or similar role in a restaurant or catering environment.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends, evenings and holidays.
- Understanding of hygiene and food safety rules.
- Ability to meet physical demands of the position, including: walking, standing, and lifting heavy items for extended periods of time.
- Ability to multitask and remain professional in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
